Passionate Counselor
I am a Licensed Alcohol, Drug and Mental Health Counselor. Graduating from the University of Central Oklahoma, I received my Bachelor of Liberal Arts in 2013 and a Master of Arts in 2015. Practicing since 2015, I’ve been successfully helping clients meet their goals and facilitating their self-growth.
I have completed training in: Gottman Method Level 1, Strengthening Families Program, Adolescent Community Reinforcement Approach, Addiction Severity Index, Teen Addiction Severity Index and American Society of Addiction Medicine Criteria.
SERVICES
I help individuals with addiction, anger management, anxiety, codependency, co-occurring, coping skills, depression, grief/loss, mood disorders and substance abuse. I also aid families affected by addiction/substance abuse and family conflict.
I offer daytime and evening appointments throughout the week. Accepted insurance carriers include: Health Choice, United Healthcare, Tricare, Healthcare Highways, HealthSmart, Allied National, Oklahoma Health Network, UMR, Web-TPA, Coresource, Meritain Health and Out of Network. Pricing is based sliding scale that ranges from $90-130 per 50-55 minute session based on annual income for those who do not have insurance.
